He is now the Head of Department of Economics and General Courses, Faculty of Applied Studies and Community Service, Dammam University, Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Touny got his Master degree and his PhD of Economics from School of Economics, University of East Anglia (UEA), United Kingdom.
